Acceptance

By creating an account or using Go2.art, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Prohibited use

You agree not to use Go2.art for:

• Illegal activity of any kind
• Fraud, phishing, or impersonation
• Harassment, abuse, or targeted hate
• Distribution of malware or harmful software
• Sexually explicit or adult content
• Copyright infringement or unauthorized use of others' work
• Spam, deceptive campaigns, or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Circumventing platform features, rate limits, or security measures

Your content

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or link to on Go2.art. You retain ownership of your work. By using the platform, you grant Go2.art a limited license to store and display your content for the purpose of operating the service.

Links and destinations

Go2.art is a link shortening and redirection service. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, safety, or legality of any external website that a link points to. Users are solely responsible for their link destinations. We reserve the right to disable any link that violates these terms or is reported as harmful.

Membership and purchases

Vignette membership plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Shop purchases (Link Bundles, QR packs, and other one-time items) are non-refundable except where required by law. If your account is suspended or terminated for violations of these terms, no refunds will be issued for any purchases.

Mailing List Tools

Go2.art Pro members may use the platform's mailing list feature to collect subscriber email addresses and send email communications to those subscribers. By using this feature, you agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the mailing list feature complies with all applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act (US), GDPR (EU), CASL (Canada), and any other relevant email marketing regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You must only send emails to subscribers who have explicitly opted in through your Go2.art signup page. You may not import or upload external email lists.
• Every email sent through this feature automatically includes an unsubscribe link. You must honor unsubscribe requests promptly and may not attempt to re-add unsubscribed addresses.
• You may not use the mailing list feature to send spam, misleading content, illegal offers, or anything that violates our general Terms of Service.
• Go2.art is not responsible for the content of emails sent by Pro members, and reserves the right to suspend or terminate mailing list access for accounts found to be in violation of these terms or applicable law.

Go2.art acts as a data processor on behalf of Pro members who use the mailing list feature. The artist (the Go2.art member) is the data controller and is responsible for the lawful basis of processing subscriber data. Go2.art processes subscriber data solely to provide the mailing list service and does not use it for any other purpose.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently disable any account that violates these terms, without notice. You may also delete your own account at any time through your account settings. Deleted accounts and their associated links and purchases cannot be recovered.

Disclaimer of warranties

Go2.art is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for any loss of data, links, or content resulting from service outages, technical issues, or account termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Go2.art after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
